Home remodeling project – Ringwood, NJ 07456

Sky Tech Construction handles home remodeling projects of all sizes. Sometimes the client just wants what could be considered as a small project – a previous post illustrates this when we replaced a roof on a small gazebo. Other projects are larger and concentrate on one area of the house – a new roof, new siding or a new deck.

For a recent project in Ringwood we were lucky to have been chosen to do an almost complete remodeling makeover of the house.

For this particular house we replaced:

  • The old windows with brand new Pella® double hung windows
  • The existing siding. We removed all the old siding down to the exterior sheathing and replaced damaged plywood along the way. We installed new insulation and installed new Mastic® Russet Red vinyl siding.
  • The roof. The client selected Atlas shingles in a lovely charcoal color that served to really enhance the complete project!
